Our standard delivery days are Monday to Friday. During peak season/ busy periods, we may book your delivery in on a weekend.  Deliveries will be made between 7AM - 6:30PM.

We are unable to offer a timed window until the day of delivery. If you require a delivery time slot, please call us after 9:30AM on the day your delivery is scheduled.

Stock on our website is updated when we receive incoming deliveries, and automatically deducted when a purchase is made, this means that the stock on our website is accurate. 

If an item is in low stock, stock held will be displayed on the product page. 

If an item is out of stock, our website will not allow you to checkout.

We are able to update/ modify order until the order has been scheduled for delivery. 

Once an order has been scheduled for delivery we are no longer able to update/modify your order. 

If additional products are required, a separate order must be placed via our website/ sales team.
