The completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch of the goods ordered to you unless we have notified you that we are unable to accept your order, or you decide to cancel it by contacting our Sales team on 01255 222354 any time between 7.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays. Please have the order number and date of the order to hand. The principal reasons that would lead to non-acceptance of an order will include: The goods you ordered are unavailable from stock. Authorization for your payment was declined. A pricing or description error of the goods through our mistake. In every case we will make attempts to contact you using the information you have provided to remedy the situation.
Many of the products we sell are manufactured using timber, which is a natural product. Because timber is a natural product we can not accept any liability for the timbers reaction being exposed to any weather conditions. Timber is prone to warping/ shrinking/ swelling/ splitting in extreme hot/ dry/ cold weather conditions. By placing an order with us you agree that you will not try to make claim for any warping/ shrinking/ swelling/ splitting or any other naturally occurring process associated with timber products after your order is complete.
