Delivery Information

We are committed to providing our customers with a convenient and hassle-free delivery experience. With a range of shipping options and delivery charges, we ensure that all customers receive their orders in a timely and reasonable manner.

Our delivery charges are segmented into bands (A-E), with various prices and thresholds for free delivery.

We deliver all orders using our in-house delivery vehicles. Deliveries are typically made using 3.5T vehicles, allowing us to deliver to areas that larger vehicles may not be able to. Delivery is available to all residential or commercial postal addresses within our delivery areas.

Please note that to combat fraud, we will not deliver to car parks, docks, fields, allotments or any other non residential postal address. Deliveries do not need to be signed for so we are still able deliver if you are not available on the day. Deliveries are made from 6:30AM. However, once an order has been delivered, all liability for the responsibility of your order is passed to you. Please note that all of our deliveries are front garden/ driveway deliveries only - our drivers are not permitted to place goods into your back garden.

Shipping Options

We aim to deliver as soon as possible, with accurate delivery times available at the checkout stage. For a more accurate delivery estimate, call us the day before your delivery date and we can provide you with a two-hour timed window.

We deliver all orders using our own fleet of vehicles. This allows us to offer a hassle free delivery.

My Postcode Isn't Listed

If you are outside of our delivery area, it's unlikely that we would be able to offer delivery at this time. We are continuously improving our logistics so may be able to offer delivery to you in the future. If your delivery address is outside of our delivery areas, and you choose to get products delivered to an address within our service area (such as to a friend), proof will be required that you have a link to that address; such as access to the property.

At East Coast Fencing, we take great pride in providing our valued customers with accurate delivery dates in good faith. We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to ensure that all orders are delivered on the scheduled delivery date. In fact, 99% of our deliveries are made on the day scheduled. That said, we want to advise our customers to exercise caution when booking buildings or tradespeople in anticipation of delivery. While we endeavour to make every delivery on schedule, we recommend against scheduling other work until your East Coast Fencing order has arrived. This is because, on rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, human error or unforeseen transportation challenges might cause us to miss the delivery schedule.

It is important to note that East Coast Fencing cannot accept any responsibility for any loss – consequential or otherwise – incurred as a result of a delivery being delayed or not arriving on the day scheduled. We therefore strongly advise all our customers to take this into account when planning their projects.
