All work completed by “East Coast Fencing”, is guaranteed for 12 months after installation. “East coast Fencing” use local suppliers where possible, all materials supplied are of high quality and labour supplied is carried out by experienced persons. Should the customer experience any problems during the guarantee period, they should contact “East coast Fencing” stating the nature of the complaint. “East coast Fencing” agrees to respond in a polite, professional manner with minimal delay. Where “East Coast Fencing” agrees to complete work under this guarantee, the first available dates will be offered to the customer.

Customers should be aware that wood is a natural product and on occasion may be prone to splitting or warping in extremely hot/dry weather, Also, where panels are fitted between concrete posts they may be prone to rattling in windy weather conditions. “East Coast Fencing” cannot be held responsible for issues of this nature.
